Hwang Hee-chan, once linked with Holland, could remain in the Premier League with Fulham interested. Marco Silva is said to admire the forward, who has struggled for minutes this season, and a fee has been suggested at around £13m.

A club fan forum on Tuesday featured Matt Jackson discussing summer recruitment plans.

At West Brom, United States defender George Campbell, a £1.5m arrival last summer, has been a rare bright spot. Celtic have been linked since the season ended, and Albion are thought to want up to £10m.

Villa could soon move for Roma attacker Matis Soule. Roma may need sales before the end of June to meet Serie A financial fair play regulations, and the Argentine is among those who could depart. Villa and other Premier League sides, plus Borussia Dortmund, are in the mix, with the race described as open.

In Türkiye, Villa are said to be keen on Galatasaray midfielder Gabriel Sara after initially scouting team-mate Wilfried Singo, and a bid is said to be planned.
