Wolves are set for bumper home backing next season, with season ticket renewals poised to pass 22,000.
According to ExpressAndStar.com, the club have sold 21,906 tickets and expect to cap sales at around 22,500.
A few hundred will go on general sale at 9am on Monday after more than 1,500 people on the waiting list secured seats.
The tally is around the same as in the Premier League and comfortably above the club’s last Championship campaign in 2017-18.
A minimum 25 per cent price cut across all tickets has underpinned demand, with more than 20,000 supporters renewing despite one of the worst seasons in recent memory, when the team finished bottom of the top flight.
Wolves aim to return at the first attempt and believe a full Molineux could help deliver that.
Season tickets in the Stan Cullis and Sir Jack Hayward Stands have sold out, with about 600 remaining in the Steve Bull and Billy Wright Stands.
The fixture list for the Championship will be released at noon on Thursday, 25 June, with the Carabao Cup first-round draw also taking place that day.
Players not involved at the World Cup are due back for pre-season in the first week of July, when they will meet new boss Cesar Peixoto for the first time.
