Wolves have lined up two pre-season fixtures as Rob Edwards’ side step up preparations, with matches in the Netherlands and at Maidenhead United this summer.
The club said in a statement that discussions with Heerenveen, police and local authorities are ongoing regarding away supporters, covering transport and allocations, with details to be shared once confirmed.
Earlier in the summer Wolves will head to Portugal for a warm-weather training camp, with no public matches scheduled during the trip.
The Maidenhead fixture at York Road is on Tuesday 21 July and kicks off at 7.30pm. It has been two years in the making, having been agreed with the Magpies as part of the deal to sell Max Kilman to West Ham for £40million in 2024.
Wolves then face Heerenveen on Saturday 1 August at the Abe Lenstra Stadion, with a UK kick-off of 2pm, 3pm local time. Further friendlies are due to be added before the season begins with a Carabao Cup first round tie on the weekend of 7 August.
