Braga 2-2 Sporting CP at the Estádio Municipal de Braga as Rodrigo Zalazar equalised in the sixth minute of second half stoppage time, with Sporting CP remaining second.

Gonçalo Inácio headed the opener in the 22nd minute, glancing in Pedro Gonçalves' corner at the near post.

Ricardo Horta levelled for Braga from close range after a neat lay-off by Zalazar (34.).

Bright Akwo Arrey-Mbi was penalised for handball before the interval and Luis Suárez converted from the spot in the second minute of first half stoppage time. Suárez is now on 23 goals, first in Liga Portugal scoring.

Deep into added time, Inácio was adjudged to have handled in the box and Zalazar buried the penalty in the sixth minute of second half stoppage time to rescue a point.
