Ruben Amorim said he wanted Manchester United's front line to score more goals and Rasmus HÞjlund received the message loud and clear.
Thursday's Europa League meeting with BodÞ/Glimt had not gone according to script as the visitors took a 2-1 leader after Alejandro Garnacho's early opener.
But HĂžjlund delivered two clinical moments either side of the half-time interval, starting with a real collector's item.
Receiving Noussair Mazraoui's well-worked cross, the Dane controlled the ball in midair before rifling a left-footed volley into the net, before paying homage to the new Gladiator film with his celebration.
HĂžjlund produced another clinical finish just five minutes into the second half to put the Red Devils ahead again.
It's still early days but the Amorim effect is already paying off at Old Trafford.
