Barcelona linked with move for another Inter Milan star | OneFootball

La Liga giants Barcelona have identified another member of the defensive ranks at Inter Milan as a potential signing for January.

This comes amid the understanding that Stefan de Vrij has made his way onto the radar of the Blaugrana brass.

Barcelona have of course been hotly tipped to dip into the transfer market following the turn of the year.

Following the long-term injury suffered by Andreas Christensen, Deco and co. are on the lookout for opportunities in the centre-back department.

And one could well present itself in the form of the aforementioned Stefan de Vrij.

As per a report from Mundo Deportivo, if they can find a replacement for the Dutch international this winter, Inter Milan are ready to sanction De Vrij’s exit.

This comes ahead of the expiration of his contract in the summer.

And Barca, after also being linked with Nerazzurri teammate Alessandro Bastoni, could in turn swoop to bring De Vrij to Catalunya’s capital.
