JOINING JUVENTUS

“I’m really happy to be here. Juventus are a great club, both in Italy and in Europe, and the project they’re pursuing is what drew me here. The club’s ambitions align with my own; that’s why I made this choice. I believe it’s the best move for my career.”

ADAPTING TO ITALY

“I work hard every day to try and improve in every aspect and always give that little bit extra. I believe I’ll be able to settle in well, both in terms of the playing system and the team’s characteristics. As I said, the club’s project fits perfectly with what I’m looking for at this stage of my career. Juventus are an ambitious club that wants to win titles and compete at the highest level in Europe too, and that’s exactly what convinced me.”

PERSONAL AND TEAM GOALS

“First of all, I’ll need to settle into life in Italy because it’s a new country for me. As for our goals, as I said, Juventus are aiming high: we want to win trophies and compete in Europe. At a team level, I believe these are the main goals, as well as, of course, getting to know my teammates better, spending time with them and building team spirit day by day. From a personal point of view, however, I want to help the club and the team in every way possible, whilst continuing to develop as a footballer.”

SKILLS AND ROLE MODELS

“I consider myself a creative player. I really enjoy being at the heart of the game, getting on the end of lots of balls and linking up with my teammates; having possession of the ball is my favourite thing on the pitch. If I had to name some role models, I’d say Aitana Bonmati, Alexia Putellas and Patri Guijarro. To me, they’re true idols; they’re the players I try to draw inspiration from when I play.”

YOUTH AND EXPERIENCE MIXED

“I know that in the changing room there are both highly experienced players and younger talents. I believe that we younger players must make the most of this opportunity to learn from them; they have so much to teach us. For my part, as I’ve said, the aim is to give my all to help the team in whatever way is needed and, above all, to achieve together the goals the club have set.”
