Bayern Munich remain fully calm and relaxed after the emergence of an exclusive report from French outlet L’Equipe, which claimed that winger Michael Olise wants to force a move to Real Madrid this summer.
Indeed, according to journalist Florian Plettenberg, despite the heavy media noise, the Bavarian hierarchy remains completely relaxed, with senior decision-makers unanimously reaffirming that the 24-year-old French international is absolutely not for sale.
The Bundesliga giants believe they hold all the cards and refuse to be pressured. Olise’s current contract runs until June 2029 and contains no active release clauses, meaning all exit doors are securely locked.
While Bayern openly acknowledge that the Santiago Bernabeu could become a realistic career destination for the attacker in the distant future, their immediate blueprint is explicitly focused on keeping him.

To solidify this stance, the Bayern Munich hierarchy is preparing an executive contract extension proposal designed to elevate Olise into the club’s top three highest earners.
Bayern’s total internal confidence is built on two unshakeable pillars. First, the German club is relying on a private, personal assurance delivered directly by Real Madrid president Florentino Perez.
Moving entirely beyond any public club communications, Perez has personally contacted the Bavarians to clarify that Real Madrid are not actively pursuing Olise this summer and have no intention of tabling an offer.
Due to the exceptional, long-standing institutional relationship between the two European heavyweights, Bayern trust Perez’s word implicitly.

Secondly, the actual communication lines with the player contradict the external media frenzy.
Throughout his standout FIFA World Cup campaign, Bayern executives received direct, reassuring messages from Olise and his representative confirming their allegiance.
As of today, neither the player nor his agency has informed the club of any desire to leave Munich this summer.
As such, despite the growing noise from media in Spain and France, Bayern Munich remain absolutely calm over Olise’s situation.
They continue to plan their squad for next season with the 24-year-old winger at the centre of their project while working on a renewal.
