Brabas prep for Paulista semi-final with stars on international duty

This Wednesday (26), the Corinthians women's squad resumed training with their sights set on the match against São Paulo, scheduled for next Thursday (04), at 9:30 PM (Brasília time), at Neo Química Arena, for the second leg of the Paulista Championship semifinal. The team is working with important absences, as Lelê, Thais Ferreira, Gabi Zanotti, Duda Sampaio, and Mariza have been called up for the Brazilian National Team's last friendlies of the year.

The activities took place at the training center, where the squad started the day with physical work in the gym. Afterwards, the athletes went to the field for a small-sided training session, led by coach Lucas Piccinato and lasting about 45 minutes. After the group session, part of the squad carried out individual exercises as planned by the coaching staff.

The team will continue training until Saturday (29), with a return scheduled for Monday (01), continuing preparations until match day. In the first leg, played away from home, Corinthians beat São Paulo 2-1 and now have the advantage in the decisive clash for a spot in the state final. Ticket sales for the Majestoso are expected to begin later this week.
