Everton will not be able to trigger the €50 million buyout clause for Jack Grealish. David Moyes has confirmed it: the club simply doesn’t have the funds for such a fee.

Even though it’s financially impossible, Moyes wants to keep Grealish, and the player himself is eager to stay. After the victory over Bournemouth, he spoke highly of his manager. Grealish, on loan from Manchester City, is having a strong season with 2 goals and 4 assists. He was even named Premier League Player of the Month for August. His contract with City runs until 2027.
