Chivas' youth teams defeat Atlas and win the Clásico Tapatío in different categories

The Guadalajara Subs were in action this weekend, facing their counterparts from Atlas and Pumas. Three Rebaño teams competed in the Clásico Tapatío, and the Rojiblanca Youth Academy imposed its authority by winning all the matches against the Rojinegros. If you want to know how all the Chivas youth teams fared, here's the lowdown.
Under-15 (Boys)
We start with the Under-15 Clásico Tapatío, where once again, Guadalajara was painted red and white, as the Rebaño won 3-0 against Atlas in a match where the second half was completely dominated by the Rebaño Sagrado. The goals were scored by Gael Aguilar in the 48th minute, Erick Galíndez in the 74th minute, and Ángel Morales in the 87th minute.
With this victory, the Rojiblancos move into second place with 27 points, the same number as Monterrey, with whom they share the lead in Group 2.
U-17 (Men)
Similarly, the Guadalajara U-17 derby went to Guadalajara, as the Rebaño triumphed 1-0 over Atlas with an own goal in the 71st minute.
Currently, the Rojiblancos are in fifth place in Group 2 with 15 points.
Under-19 (Women)
Chivas' Under-19 women's team also won the Guadalajara derby, beating Gigantera 1-0 with a goal from Cynthia González in the 26th minute.
With this victory, the Rojiblancas are in fifth place in Group 2 with 15 points.
Under-19 (Men)
On the other hand, Chivas' Under-19 team lost 2-0 to Universidad in J12 of AP2025.
El Rebaño remains in 10th place, with a minimal point difference from the direct qualification spots, so it will be important to regain ground in upcoming matches.
Under-21 (Men)
Chivas' Under-21 team tied 2-2 against Pumas in Matchday 12 of the AP2025, in a game that Guadalajara started off winning with goals from Carlos Corona in the 15th minute and Carlos Zepeda in the 44th minute. In the penalty shootout, El Rebaño took the extra point.
With these two points, the Rojiblancos are in tenth place with 17 points, getting closer and closer to the qualifying spots.
