Valencia will be without Thierry Rendall and Filip Ugrinic for Saturday’s LaLiga match at Sevilla’s Sánchez Pizjuán, Carlos Corberán confirmed.
According to Superdeporte, neither trained normally at Paterna this week and neither will be available in Seville.
Corberán explained that the Portuguese has hamstring discomfort, while the Swiss has a problem with his patellar tendon.
He said those will be the two absences from his squad.
Renzo Saravia will travel, and Corberán indicated he could start on the bench. He said the player is available, fitness will build through minutes, and that he is not yet at his expected level but getting closer each week, with a decision to be taken on matchday.
