Corinthians provide five players to Brazil’s 26-strong squad for April’s Fifa Series, with Lelê, Thaís Ferreira, Gi Fernandes, Duda Sampaio and Ana Vitória selected by coach Arthur Elias.

The federation announced the 26-player squad on Wednesday morning, and said hosting the Fifa Series in 2026 can boost investment, attract supporters and raise visibility ahead of the 2027 Women’s World Cup. Brazil, as hosts, will face South Korea on 11 April, Zambia on 14 April and Canada on 18 April, all at Arena Pantanal in Cuiabá at 22:30 Brasília time.

Before joining up at Granja Comary, Emily Lima’s side face Botafogo and Red Bull Bragantino in the league. Corinthians visit Nilton Santos on Friday at 19:00, then host Bragantino on 3 April at 21:00, venue to be confirmed.

During the Fifa window, Corinthians will be without their called-up players for the Teal Rising Cup in the United States. On 9 April they meet Kansas City Current at CPKC Stadium at 23:00 Brasília time in the semi-final. América of Mexico and Palmeiras contest the other semi-final, with the final and third-place play-off on 12 April.

The internationals are also doubts for the Brasileirão Feminino trip to Juventude on 20 April at 21:00 at Estádio Homero Soldatelli in Rio Grande do Sul, given it falls two days after Brazil’s last Fifa Series match.
