Corinthians have overhauled the Fiel Torcedor points system used for ticketing, cutting the cap for the entry-level Minha Vida plan. The club said in a statement that higher-tier plans retain a superior ceiling.
Minha História and Meu Amor members can earn up to 1.5 points per match, split equally, 0.75 for buying a ticket and 0.75 for attending at Neo Química Arena.
Minha Vida now tops out at 1.2 points, with 0.6 for the purchase and 0.6 on entry to the stadium.
Points determine purchase priority at Neo Química Arena. In effect since early 2026, the model places greater weight on attendance and can offer perks such as better seats and cashback in specific cases.
The release function remains. If a supporter cannot go, they can free the ticket up to 48 hours before kick-off, keep the points and receive credit, set at 10% for Minha Vida, 20% for Minha História and 30% for Meu Amor, while Minha Cadeira follows its own rules.
Releasing between 48 hours and six hours before the game preserves only the purchase points, with no cashback. Failing to attend or release brings no benefit, and tickets bought with parking are not eligible for cashback.
Corinthians’ next home match at Neo Química Arena is on Sunday at 16:00, in the 13th round of the Campeonato Brasileiro. Sales opened on Thursday morning in phases, following Fiel Torcedor priority.
