Daniel Farke has issued fitness updates ahead of Leeds United’s Wednesday trip to Bournemouth, with significant news on Dan James, Anton Stach and Joe Rodon.

According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, Farke said James has returned to team training and needs further sessions, Rodon is back, Stach has not trained and will not travel, and there are no new injuries, with everyone else looking available.

Leeds beat Wolves 3-0 on Saturday to reach 39 points, moving eight points clear of the drop zone. Rodon made a late cameo after injury, which had left Stach and James as the remaining absentees.

Farke stressed much still needs doing, saying they want more points and probably need more, with five opportunities remaining. He called it a difficult away game and spoke of using momentum to collect as many points as possible. He added they are in a good moment and on a good path, aiming to carry confidence and mood.

The south coast fixture has been brought forward because United face Chelsea in an FA Cup semi-final at Wembley on Sunday afternoon.
