Dro Fernandez ‘to sign’ for PSG from Barcelona until 2030 | OneFootball

According to L'ÉEquipe, Barcelona attacking midfielder Dro Fernandez, 18, is expected to sign for Paris Saint-Germain on a deal until 2030, becoming their first winter signing.

His name surfaced in Spain on Friday night and Paris moved in recent days with a formal offer. An agreement on terms has been reached. Fernandez is under contract at Barcelona until 2027.

Talks are very advanced and the Spaniard has told club officials he will leave Catalonia this winter.

After settling personal terms, PSG must activate his release clause, estimated at €6m in Spain. He has made four senior appearances this season.

English clubs have tried to divert the U18 international towards the Premier League. Inside PSG, there was confidence in recent hours that the deal could be wrapped up quickly.
