Thomas Tuchel is open to extending his contract as England manager.
Tuchel signed a short-term agreement with the Football Association that expires following the 2026 World Cup, which takes place across June and July next year.
The Three Lions last month became the first European nation to secure their spot in the expanded tournament, which will be hosted by USA, Canada and Mexico.
Upon confirmation of his appointment as England boss in October 2024, Tuchel said he had a “personal connection” with the country.
Asked on Friday if he is open to extending his commitment with England, Tuchel said: “Yeah, it's a lot of fun.
“There is nothing to announce right now. Most important is that we stay focused now for the next camp.
I'm in a good place mentally because I love the team and love the federation.
“I haven't thought much about the contract, we have plenty of time for it.”
Tuchel has previously spoken of his temptation to seek a contract extension with England.
Asked by talkSPORT in June if he would want to stay on beyond the World Cup, Tuchel said: “If you ask me today, yes. I feel that I’m in the right place and enjoy where I am.
“I love the new challenge. I wanted a new challenge and a new environment. I feel the support, the trust and respect of the people in the federation.
“I love the group of players and want to push them. It just feels right and it’s a clear ‘yes’ from my side."
