Joao Pedro was full of praise for fellow Brazilian Estevao following Chelsea’s win against Wolves on Saturday evening.
Despite a goalless first half the Blues ran out comfortable 3-0 winners to move up to second in the Premier League.
Malo Gusto scored the first goal of his senior career, whilst Pedro and Pedro Neto also got themselves on the scoresheet.
Having played 90 minutes against Qarabag in the Champions League Estevao once again found himself on the bench, much to the disappointment of supporters.
However, his introduction in the second half was cheered as loudly as if Chelsea had scored a goal, and it didn’t take long for him to make an impact.

Estevao provided an assist for Pedro with virtually his first touch, and Pedro was full of praise for his team-mate after the game.
“Everyone knows Estevao is a talent, when he came on he always wants to show his ability,” he said as quoted by BBC Sport.
“Today again he gave the assist to me, I’m very happy for him because he’s adapted very quickly.
“We’re here to help him.”
Enzo Maresca believes Estevao will be a top player for Chelsea for many years to come, and on current evidence it’s very difficult to argue against that.
Pedro has now scored four league goals for the Blues this season, and has scored in back to back games against Tottenham and Wolves.
The Brazilian is starting to find his feet again after a difficult spell and admitted he’s happy to be back amongst the goals.
