Ryan Glover could secure himself a move away from The Hive before the February 2 transfer deadline
Versatile Barnet winger Ryan Glover is in-demand, with a number of EFL clubs chasing his services during the January transfer window, Football League World can exclusively reveal.
The Bees returned to League Two in 2025 after seven years away, with the National League title won by Dean Brennan's side last year to secure their EFL place once more.
Currently, the London outfit sit 11th in the fourth tier standings, but interest is swirling around one of their key players, who may now depart before the transfer window closes on February 2.
FLW understands that the player attracting interest is Ryan Glover, with three League One teams circling for the former Bournemouth attacker.
The 25-year-old, who can play on both flanks as a winger and through the middle as an attacking midfielder, as well as spending time last season in the National League as a wing-back to prove his versatility, has been ever-present under Brennan in League Two this season, starting every single game and scoring three goals, with a further two assists added.
A scorer of eight National League goals last season, Glover's impressive performances for Barnet have caught the eye of clubs further up the pyramid, with the League One trio of Barnsley, Wigan Athletic and Peterborough United all looking into a move.
The Tykes in particular will have fresh funds added to their account which they could spend on new players thanks to their trip to Anfield on Monday night, where they went down 4-1 to Premier League champions Liverpool in what was a courageous display from Conor Hourihane's side.

Added to those clubs are Barnet's League Two rivals Salford City, who currently occupy fourth position under Karl Robinson, and have already flexed their financial muscles this window with a move for Fleetwood Town forward Ryan Graydon.
Glover has been at Barnet since the summer of 2024, arriving at The Hive on a permanent basis after nearly three years with Aldershot Town - the 2025-26 season has seen the wide player perform at League Two level for the very first time, and it is the highest he has featured in the footballing pyramid.
That could change however before the February 2 transfer deadline if one of the three aforementioned League One clubs make their move for Glover's services,
