Yet another injury for Roma this season.
There was little optimism about Mancini’s condition, and the tests were not favorable against Roma.
The Giallorossi defender suffered a muscle tear in the adductor of his right leg.
Recovery time is estimated at around 2-3 weeks.
The medical staff, however, hopes to make him available to Gasperini for the match against Atalanta, scheduled for Saturday, April 18th at 8:45 PM.
While Roma’s medical staff is aiming to get Mancini back in the squad for the match against Atalanta, the situation is very similar for Koné and Wesley.
Both, in fact, as reported by Corriere della Sera, are expected to be present for the match scheduled for April 18th at 8:45 PM at the Stadio Olimpico.
A match that cannot be missed is a must. There’s also a slim chance for the Brazilian winger to make the home match against Pisa.
It remains to be seen whether he’ll remain fit or whether the 2003-born player will be able to be included in the squad.
The excellent news for Gasperini is that he should have almost his entire squad available to face Palladino’s side, who closed in yesterday and are now just one point behind the Giallorossi.
