Chelsea travel to Cardiff this evening in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.
Enzo Maresca’s side take on the League One leaders for a place in the last four, and come into it off the back of a much-needed win.
The Blues suffered a slump following their 3-0 win over Barcelona in the Champions League last month, suffering defeats against Leeds and Atalanta while drawing with Arsenal and Bournemouth.
The west Londoners returned to winning ways last weekend with a 2-0 victory over Everton, as Cole Palmer and Malo Gusto got on the scoresheet.
Brian Barry-Murphy’s Cardiff, meanwhile, top the third tier by four points.
They earned their match-up with the Premier League giants with victory against Wrexham in the last 16.
The Bluebirds are on a strong run of form, with five wins on the bounce in the league.
