The Winger has failed to make an impact at Loftus Road.
When Queens Park Rangers signed Kwame Poku last summer, it was regarded as something of a coup, given the high interest in his services, but he has endured a challenging season.
Injury has plagued the Ghana international's campaign, meaning he has managed just 483 minutes of football in 16 Championship appearances for the Hoops.
It has been a bit of a mixed bag for QPR this term as they have already surpassed the 56 points they amassed last term, but they have failed to build a lasting play-off charge.
With just two games remaining of the season, the 24-year-old winger has now dropped an intriguing message to Hoops supporters.

It has not been the season that Poku would have hoped for when he arrived at Loftus Road, but having featured in QPR's last eight matches, he has enjoyed his best run in Julien Stephan's team.
Having failed to find a win in their last four matches, the West London outfit have gone from play-off hopefuls to mid-table mediocrity, but there is plenty to build on for next season.
Indeed, Poku clearly has his eyes on the future amid a heartfelt message that he shared on his Instagram story.
He said: "Gutted with the way this season has gone onto the next, the work will never stop," followed by the heart and pray emojis on top of an image of him playing in the blue and white hoops.
From his post, it is clear that the former Peterborough United man cares, but what can fans expect from him next season?

When a player has been on the sidelines as much as Poku has this campaign, the best thing to do is cast it aside and move on.
However, all the Ghanian needs to do is look back at his time at the Weston Homes Stadium and remember exactly why QPR tussled with numerous clubs to sign him in the first place.
During his last two seasons with the League One outfit, he notched a stunning 24 goals and 19 assists in all competitions, making him one of the most consistent threats in the division.
Of course, it has been difficult to judge him in the Championship, but in the third tier, his dribbling and ball-carrying skills set him apart from almost every player in his position.
The 24-year-old was among the top 5% of right-wingers for assists and successful dribbles, while he totalled an impressive 114 touches in the opposition box, according to Futmob.
Before Poku can even think about impacting games, he must get his head down and impress his manager on the training ground and lay down a challenge to Paul Smyth, who has been Stephan's preferred choice.
While it may feel like a stretch at the moment, the winger should look up to the likes of Eberechi Eze and Michael Olise, who played in the second tier before going on to play for Europe's best.
Looking forward, there is reason to be optimistic about the Ghanaian given his potential, but next season is going to be significant if he is to work his way into the starting fold.
