Kylian Mbappé has welcomed Zinédine Zidane after his appointment as France head coach, posting “Bienvenue chez toi” in an Instagram story.
According to L'Équipe, Zidane was named on Tuesday to succeed Didier Deschamps, and Mbappé shared his message a few hours after the announcement.

The France captain posted a photo of the former No 10 alongside the succinct greeting.
It marks a reunion with one of Mbappé’s idols for Les Bleus, after he shone at the World Cup.
With less than two years until Euro 2028, the post underscores the early enthusiasm around Zidane’s arrival among France internationals, five years on from his departure from Real Madrid.
