Leeds reached Wembley after a penalty shoot-out, booking an FA Cup semi-final for the first time in 39 years. They led 2-0 before conceding twice in stoppage time during 11 added minutes, then Lucas Perri saved two in the shoot-out and Pascal Strujik sealed it.

Ao Tanaka put the visitors ahead on 26 minutes, turning his marker before finishing in off the bar. Eight minutes later Anton Stach, released by Noah Okafor on the break, was denied and suffered a game-ending injury. Leeds might also have had a first-half penalty shout. Leeds Live later issued player ratings.

They did get one on 71 minutes after VAR ruled Brenden Aaronson had been fouled, and Dominic Calvert-Lewin converted to atone for his miss at Crystal Palace.

Matheus Fernandes halved the deficit three minutes into the 11 added, finishing after Jarrod Bowen's effort struck the post. Axel Disasi levelled three minutes later. Extra time saw West Ham twice denied by offside.

Perri was given 8, with Joe Rodon, Tanaka and Stach on 7. Strujik was marked 6 despite converting, while Okafor took 6, Lukas Nmecha 4 and substitute Joel Piroe 2. Daniel Farke was rated 8.
