Rosalen left Napoli after Max Allegri arrived, bringing his own coaching team to succeed Antonio Conte.

The 49-year-old Spaniard has spent much of his career in Italian football. He started in Valencia’s academy and had one season in Hungary with Videoton.

He worked for Fiorentina from 2013 to 2021 under Vincenzo Montella, Paulo Sousa, Stefano Pioli, Giuseppe Iachini and Cesare Prandelli.

Rosalen then joined Napoli from 2021 until last month, winning two Serie A titles under Luciano Spalletti and Conte, and also working with Walter Mazzarri, Rudi Garcia and Francesco Calzona.
