Lyon and Roma to rival West Ham in the race to sign Axel Disasi on loan from Chelsea | OneFootball

Lyon and Roma are interested in signing Axel Disasi (27) on loan from Chelsea before the end of the transfer window, according to a report from BBC Sport. The France international looks set to leave Stamford Bridge before the window closes. 

The 27-year-old defender is largely out of favour at the West London club. Under the management of Enzo Maresca, the former Monaco centre-back was phased out of the first-team picture with the Premier League outfit. Despite the arrival of Liam Rosenior, the Frenchman’s fortunes don’t seem to have changed. 

West Ham to lose out on Disasi?

West Ham are interested in signing the centre-back on loan and have contacted their divisional rivals over the conditions of the move. However, they are not the only club interested in his services. Roma have registered an interest in signing Disasi on loan, and OL have asked to kept informed over the centre-back’s availability.
