According to a report from Foot Mercato, Lyon are set to exercise a purchase option to sign Martín Satriano (24) on a permanent basis from Lens. The Uruguyan striker joined Les Gones on loan from the Racing club during the summer transfer window.
The 24-year-old has had a difficult time at OL, only scoring 2 goals in 12 Ligue 1 appearances. Following the arrival of Endrick on loan, the forward has been moved down the pecking order. However, the Rhône club are not signing him on a permanent basis based on his form. Several clubs have registered an interest in signing the Uruguayan international during the winter transfer window.
Despite several clubs showing an interest in signing the striker, Getafe are the most advanced in signing the Lyon loanee. The La Liga club have already agreed a deal with Les Gones. Nevertheless, the Ligue 1 club still need to iron out some details with Lens before the purchase option can be exercised
