Manchester City are targeting a deal to re-sign veteran goalkeeper Geronimo Rulli to replace James Trafford.
Trafford is nearing a move to Leeds United, who have agreed a club-record deal for the goalkeeper worth an initial £40m. The 23-year-old wanted to leave the Etihad for a first-choice role, having spent last season as deputy to Gianluigi Donnarumma.
