One Football reports that Norwich City have moved for Ramazani, putting fresh pressure on Valencia’s plan to re-sign the Leeds United winger.
The Belgian is among Valencia’s priority targets alongside Guido Rodríguez, Thomas Meunier and Andrés García. A standout second half of the season at Mestalla has earned him the chance of a return, if an agreement can be struck with Leeds United, who are seeking a fee viewed as steep by Valencia.
The Premier League remains the main threat, with even Championship clubs able to outspend Valencia in the market. Norwich, intent on returning to the top flight, are in the frame, and Valencia’s sporting project and emotional pull are their chief counters.
Ramazani wants to come back. He impressed and connected with supporters, and has recently liked social media posts urging him to stay. If it were up to him, he would play for Valencia next season.
Valencia have explored a loan with an option to buy, but for now Leeds only plan to cash in. A quick resolution does not look likely, especially with Leeds prioritising offers that put money on the table.
