Neco Williams and Morato are one booking from a ban as Nottingham Forest head into a packed festive schedule.
According to Nottingham Post, both defenders have four Premier League cautions and another in any of the next three matches would mean a one-game suspension.
Forest visit Fulham on Monday at 8pm after a free week. The Craven Cottage trip begins a run of five league fixtures in 16 days, followed by home games with Manchester City and Everton, then January visits to Aston Villa and West Ham.
Under Football Association rules, five bookings in a player’s first 19 Premier League matches triggers a one-match ban in the same competition. Forest have played 16 league games, with the Everton meeting on 30 December their 19th.
Morato received his fourth caution in the 3-0 defeat at Everton. Williams has been on four since 5 October.
Sean Dyche will look to rotate to manage workload and will want to keep his options available. His side moved five points clear of the relegation zone with a 3-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur at the City Ground last weekend.
