Pritchard moves to Durham on loan | OneFootball

City forward Poppy Pritchard has returned to Durham on loan for the 2025/26 season.

The youngster joined the Club from the Wildcats on transfer deadline day in January 2024 having impressed against the Blues in an FA Cup tie earlier that month.

She would gain valuable experience with City for the remainder of the 2023/24 campaign, before moving to newly promoted WSL side Crystal Palace ahead of the following campaign.

Pritchard made five appearances for the Eagles in the first half of the season before returning to City in January 2025.

Soon after, she spent the rest of last season on loan at Championship side Newcastle, linking up with former City team-mate Demi Stokes in the process.

The Magpies finished fifth in their first season in the second tier, with Pritchard recovering from injury to feature twice.

But after a full pre-season regaining her sharpness, the 19-year-old will now return to WSL 2 on loan with Durham.
