Nothing seems to be going Endrick’s way in recent weeks. Touted as one of the brightest talents of his generation, the young Brazilian is enduring a tough spell at Real Madrid. Since Xabi Alonso took over as Madrid’s head coach, the 19-year-old forward hasn’t set foot on a La Liga pitch. Between a lengthy hamstring injury suffered last May and fierce attacking competition led by Kylian Mbappé, his integration has hit a serious roadblock.

Yet Real Madrid have no intention of giving up on him. Aware of his potential, the club is now considering a loan move as early as January to help him regain rhythm and confidence. According to Sport, three clubs are already emerging as possible destinations: Valencia, Real Sociedad, and West Ham. All three are prepared to offer him the minutes he needs to relaunch his career ahead of the 2026 World Cup—a major goal for the young Brazilian prodigy.

Xabi Alonso sought to reassure fans in a press conference:

“He’s coming back from a long-term injury. He’s training well, but we need to choose the right moment to bring him in.”

Words full of caution, but they confirm that Endrick’s situation is becoming urgent. His immediate future may well be written far from Madrid.
