AC Milan are looking to tie Mike Maignan down to a new long-term contract amid growing interest from Inter and Juventus.
According to Corriere della Sera via FCInter1908, the Rossoneri have prepared an improved deal for the French goalkeeper.
However, he remains vital to Massimiliano Allegri’s setup.
Furthermore, he has captained Milan this season, highlighting his household status at the club.
Therefore, the 19-time Serie A champions are keen to renew his expiring contract.

Milan have drawn up a contract proposal, which would increase Maignan’s annual salary to €5.5 million, including bonuses.
More importantly, it would tie the former Lens shot-stopper to the Rossoneri colors until 2029.
However, the player’s stance remains uncertain.
As such, Inter and Juventus are closely monitoring his situation, hoping to sign him on a free transfer in the summer.
