La Gazzetta writes that after 17 full seasons as a head coach in club football between his spells with Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Manchester City, Guardiola is ‘ready’ to dabble in the world of international management.

The Pink Paper suggests that Guardiola could take on a national team role after the upcoming 2026 World Cup, or potentially after the European Championship in 2028, depending on whether he decides to take a sabbatical or not.
