Inter Milan must revamp their attack for the upcoming season.

Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram should remain as the first-choice starters. At least, barring major surprises.

However, the depth behind those two will be in for a complete shakeup.

Therefore, Inter must sign new strikers. And they are certainly skewing younger with the targets.

Inter Milan have set their sights on a couple of young strikers in particular.

One is Manchester United’s Rasmus Hojlund. The Nerazzurri believe that the 22-year-old Danish international can reignite his form from his Atalanta days with a return to Serie A.

United want a fee of around €45 million to allow Hojlund to leave this summer.

Meanwhile, Inter coach Cristian Chivu also wants to bring striker Ange-Yoan Bonny to the Nerazzurri with him from Parma.

The Frenchman is still just 21. Therefore, he definitely fits in with the Nerazzurri’s plan to sign younger strikers with room to grow.

Parma are aiming to collect a fee of around €20 million for Bonny.

Right now, on the pitch Inter have the Club World Cup to think about.

However, behind the scenes, the Corriere report that Inter are hard at work on deals for both Hojlund and Bonny.

The newspaper anticipate that the Nerazzurri will aim to wrap both up after the Club World Cup.
