Onda Cero reports that the RFEF is set to submit a formal request to FIFA within hours for Valencia and Vigo to replace Málaga and A Coruña as 2030 World Cup venues, following their decision to step aside from hosting.
The step is intended to secure host-city status for both and to end speculation and public pronouncements around the idea.

FIFA will visit all candidate cities in autumn.
It will make the final list of host cities official in December.
Almost all public bodies have said they are confident Valencia will be among the chosen venues.
