Romelu Lukaku has left Belgium’s camp and will miss their two upcoming friendlies, returning to Naples to work on his fitness.
Napoli said in a statement that he would return to Naples to optimise his physical condition. He had been called up by Rudi Garcia.

Belgium face the United States on Saturday at 20:30, then Mexico on Wednesday 1 April at 03:00.
The striker, 32, is Belgium’s fifth most capped player with 124 caps. He has missed their last six matches, his most recent appearance was on 9 June 2025, a 4-3 win over Wales.
Lukaku returned from a hamstring injury in late January and has had only sporadic minutes since, 64 across seven matches.
