Santos likely to give Miguelito a 2026 chance under Vojvoda | OneFootball

Miguelito has avoided Santos' release list and could feature early in the season under Argentine Juan Pablo Vojvoda. The club is backing the 21-year-old midfielder to gain value.

Santos aim first to have him fit and motivated in the opening months, then to boost his market value to attract interest.

The Campeonato Paulista starts for Santos this weekend, and Miguelito has been training without restrictions with the squad.

He is under contract until June 2027 and has yet to establish himself as a starter, having spent last season on loan at América-MG. Santos have been offloading several players who returned from loans, and he should be one of the few to be used.
