Valencia are reshaping the squad after a patchy season. Reinforcements are expected across the pitch, including in goal, where Stole Dimitrievski, who recently renewed his contract, could start as first choice.

Cope reports the club has granted him an extra week of leave following recent international duty. His national team did not reach the 2026 World Cup, losing the play-off to Denmark.

Dimitrievski claimed the gloves after injuries to Julen Agirrezabala, and he is one of the few internationals in the squad.
