Former Chelsea striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink says he knows what the club owners are thinking and planning.
The former fan favourite, who had one heck of a shot on him when he was a player on the pitch, has been speaking about new head coach Liam Rosenior, and the transition from Enzo Maresca.

It was a decision that shocked many at the time, even if Maresca was not quite universally loved by the Chelsea fans. A pocket of them really loved him, some were warming to him, but others were just adamant that he needed to go. And of course, he did end up going halfway through this season, with Rosenior then coming in from sister club Strasbourg.
It was a huge step up for him, but Hasselbaink believes they will all just be looking forwards now and doing all they can to bring success.

Speaking on Sky Sports News, Hasselbaink stated that it’s time to move on from Enzo Maresca now and give Rosenior the support that he requires.
“I think they will be thinking, what can we do to help Liam as much as possible to get wins on the board and to be successful. I think that’s their mindset, and rightly so.
“You know, Maresca has done absolutely magnificent. He’s put them into the Champions League. He’s won a cup. He’s won the Club World Cup. He’s done exceptionally.
“What has happened has happened, but it’s history. You know, you need to look forward. And looking forward is Liam.”
The appointment of Liam Rosenior as Blues boss was seen as a bit of a gamble by Chelsea fans, but one pundit likes his style so far.
Chelsea have rebuffed claims that they will have to sell top players in the summer transfer window for various reasons, and say they are complicit with UEFA’s financial rules.
