According to The Athletic, Tottenham’s hierarchy are actively searching for a successor to Igor Tudor, just 27 days after his appointment.
Tudor was named on 14 February, replacing Thomas Frank.
He has lost his first four matches, conceding 14 goals, the worst start for a Tottenham manager.
The run included a 2-5 Champions League defeat to Atlético on Tuesday, amid questions over his goalkeeper choices.
Tottenham sit 16th, one point above 18th-placed West Ham, before a daunting trip to Liverpool on Sunday at 17:30.
