Vasco name squad to face Madureira as Brenner and Marino Hinestroza could debut | OneFootball

Vasco have named their squad to face Madureira at 20:00 on Monday, with Brenner and Marino Hinestroza in line for debuts in the fifth round of the Campeonato Carioca at São Januário.

According to Globo.com, Fernando Diniz has the new signings available for the first time and will field a mixed side. The pair are likely to begin on the bench.

Coutinho and Paulo Henrique are not included. Coutinho has been rested, while the full-back is receiving treatment for pain in his left foot.

Goalkeepers Léo Jardim, Daniel Fuzato and Philippe Gabriel are selected. Full-backs Puma Rodríguez, Lucas Piton, João Vitor Fonseca and Victor Luis, centre-backs Cuesta and Robert Renan, and midfielders Hugo Moura, Thiago Mendes, Tchê Tchê, Barros, Rojas, Estrella and JP are named.

The forwards are Brenner, Marino Hinestroza, Andrés Gómez, Andrey Fernandes, David, Diego Minete, Adson and Nuno Moreira. Vasco have seven points from four rounds and are seeking to move closer to qualification for the next phase.
