Aston Villa are among the clubs monitoring Crysencio Summerville, while West Bromwich Albion and Queens Park Rangers have been credited with interest in free agent Bamba Dieng.
TeamTalk reports that AC Milan have emerged as serious contenders to sign West Ham winger Summerville amid interest from Tottenham and Villa. The 24-year-old posted seven goals and five assists in 34 games last season, and is set to leave after their relegation from the Premier League, with a fee of about £35 million expected.
Manchester United goalkeeper Tom Heaton has signed a new one-year contract. The 40-year-old, capped three times by England, rejoined United in 2021 and has made three first-team appearances since. He had earlier joined Villa from Burnley for an £8 million fee in 2019, then left on a free two years later.
Former Walsall loanee Daniel Kanu is attracting League One interest, with newly promoted Bromley among those linked with the 21-year-old. It is unclear whether a permanent deal or another loan is being pursued. Kanu scored 18 goals for the Saddlers in all competitions last term.
Senegal striker Dieng, 26, is available after leaving Lorient. He hit 14 goals in 21 outings for them last season, including nine in 18 Ligue 1 matches for the side that finished 10th, and has six goals in 26 caps for his country.
Albion are reshaping their attack after releasing Daryl Dike. Josh Maja has been offered a contract but his future remains uncertain, and Aune Heggebo is under contract.
