Aston Villa are in the frame for Crysencio Summerville, and AC Milan have emerged as serious contenders to sign the West Ham winger amid rival interest from Tottenham, TeamTalk reports. The 24-year-old had seven goals and five assists in 34 games and is set to leave after relegation, with a fee near £35 million expected.
Manchester United goalkeeper Tom Heaton has signed a new one-year deal. He joined Villa from Burnley for £8 million in 2019 and left on a free to return to Old Trafford in 2021, where the 40-year-old with three England caps has made just three first-team appearances.
Former Walsall loanee Daniel Kanu has League One suitors. Newly-promoted Bromley are among them, though it is unclear whether they want a permanent move or another loan. He scored 18 goals for the Saddlers last season.
West Brom and Queens Park Rangers are credited with interest in free agent striker Bamba Dieng after his Lorient exit. The 26-year-old hit 14 in 21 last term, including nine in 18 Ligue 1 matches for a side that finished 10th. He has six goals in 26 caps for Senegal.
Albion want to strengthen up front after Daryl Dike was released. Josh Maja has been offered a contract but his future is unclear. Aune Heggebo remains under contract.
