Vinicius has had chin harmonisation surgery in Goiania, with dermatologist Alessandro Alarcão performing the procedure. LeoDias reports that Alarcão flew from Miami and treated the Real Madrid forward and his partner, Virginia Fonseca, in a private session.

The operation follows a difficult summer for Brazil at the 2026 World Cup in the United States, Mexico and Canada. Brazil went out in the last 16 to Norway, losing 2-1 in a game lit up by Erling Haaland.

Vinicius is on holiday and has been sharing his downtime on Instagram.

The clinic closed to the public for the day and imposed extra security to prevent photos and videos leaking. The aim of the intervention was to refine and project his chin to accentuate facial features.

The outcome drew instant reaction on X, formerly Twitter, where users joked about his altered look.

Alarcão later said it was a pleasure to receive Vinicius at Lumini Privilège, praising his talent, simplicity and positive energy. He offered thanks for the visit and wished the player continued success.
