Volpi converts, Barbosa strikes late as RB Bragantino climb to sixth | OneFootball

RB Bragantino beat Vitória 2-0 in the Brasileirão on Sunday, climbing from ninth to sixth as the visitors slipped from 12th to 14th.

A handball led to a penalty, and VAR confirmed the spot kick. In the 41st minute Tiago Volpi converted low into the bottom left corner.

After the restart, Renê was twice denied by Volpi (56., 74.) as Leão da Barra chased a leveller.

Braga's changes added thrust on the right, with Fernando lively off the bench and teeing up Lucas Barbosa.
