Lincoln City's players are going to Vegas to celebrate their promotion to the Championship.
Lincoln City made history on Easter Monday as they secured their return to the second tier of English football for the first time in 65 years.
Michael Skubala has done a remarkable job with the Imps, and they won promotion in dramatic fashion, with Jack Moylan’s 96th minute goal giving them a 2-1 win over Reading in front of a jubilant away end.
It has been a real team effort to put Lincoln in this position, as they have scored more goals than any other side in League One, as well as conceding fewer than any other team, whilst they can still hit the 100-point mark.

Skubala has led the club to the Championship despite operating on the 17th-biggest budget in the league, whilst it has been claimed that their top earners are on £3,500 a week.
That gives an insight into the scale of this achievement, so it’s no surprise that the squad are set to be rewarded for winning promotion.
Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder appears to have let slip what the Imps’ plans are, with Blades’ youngster Ryan One currently on loan at Sincil Bank.
And, speaking to the Sheffield Star, Wilder was full of praise for what Lincoln have done, as he revealed that One is joining his new teammates on a trip to Las Vegas following their promotion.
“It’s great for Ryan. He gets a trip to Vegas, and he fully deserves it. It was a difficult decision [to loan him out] because there were a lot of teams that were tracking him.
“But we knew that he would be in and around it [at Lincoln]. We knew that he’d have chances, to get on the pitch and to score. And he's an attacker, so we wanted him to be in a team that creates.
“So to everybody at Lincoln City - to Michael, the manager, and Jez George, the director of football - congratulations. And to Ryan himself, playing a part, it's a special moment for him.”

Even though One only joined towards the end of the winter window, he has made a big contribution to Lincoln’s promotion, scoring five goals in 11 games, which includes netting in the two games over Easter.
It’s fair to say the Lincoln players deserve a trip to Vegas for all the hard work they have put in this season, as very few outside the club thought this was a possibility.
Of course, they will have enjoyed themselves on Monday, but you can be sure that Skubala and the players want to end the campaign on a high.
They still have work to do to win the league, which will be the next objective, and they will also be looking to pick up ten points from their final five games to ensure they hit 100.
That would put the cherry on top of the cake, but, even if they fall short, this has still been a memorable season for Lincoln, with this squad now set to go down in history after what they have achieved.
So, the trip to Vegas is well deserved, and then Lincoln will be ready to return for pre-season ahead of the Championship, as they set out to defy the odds once again.
