Fiorentina could face a reshuffle in the coming months after the death of president Rocco Commisso, aged 76, with his wife Catherine taking control for now.

According to Corriere Fiorentino, the club is valued at around €350m-€400m.

Day-to-day running will be handled by general manager Alessandro Ferrari, who effectively replaced the late Joe Barone, and CEO Mark Stephen.

Fabio Paratici will be officially added to the senior management at the beginning of February.

Commisso took charge on 6 June 2019 in a deal reported at €160m. He later committed €130m to Viola Park and around €25m per season in sponsorship through Mediacom.

Ownership will remain with the Commisso family for the time being. Any future sale decisions rest with Catherine.
