FC Bayern has wrapped up its most important summer transfers early. With Nathaniel Brown and Ismael Saibari, two high-profile signings have already been confirmed. But the Munich club could make another move before the transfer window closes.

With Nathaniel Brown and Ismael Saibari, FC Bayern has invested around 100 million euros in strengthening its roster so far. Both players are considered top targets for head coach Vincent Kompany and are expected to play key roles in the upcoming season.

As reported by the Abendzeitung München, sporting director Max Eberl and director of sports Christoph Freund are nevertheless continuing to monitor the transfer market closely. According to the report, club officials are not ruling out another signing before the transfer window closes on September 1.

Bayern remains open to further moves

The newspaper does not name any specific candidates. However, *kicker* has brought Spanish World Cup star Fabian Ruiz into the mix as a new candidate.

However, it is clear that any potential additional transfer must make financial sense. Following the significant investments in Brown and Saibari, Bayern wants to maintain its financial discipline.

To that end, the record champions are currently creating additional financial flexibility through player sales. In recent days, Alexander Nübel, Jonah Kusi-Asare, and Jonathan Asp Jensen have already left the club. Additionally, Noel Aseko is on the verge of a move to Eintracht Frankfurt.

Beyond that, FC Bayern is working on additional departures. Sacha Boey, João Palhinha, and Bryan Zaragoza are still considered candidates for sale. However, finding a buyer is proving particularly complicated in Palhinha’s case. Most recently, the Portuguese player is said to have turned down a financially attractive offer from Saudi Arabia.

Every additional sale would improve Munich’s financial situation. Should a suitable opportunity arise on the transfer market, FC Bayern could therefore become active once again before Deadline Day.

New signing Saibari has already stopped by Säbener Straße for the first time following Morocco’s World Cup exit. The 25-year-old is currently on vacation and will not be present for the start of training next week. At that time, Vincent Kompany will first call upon those players who were no longer competing in the World Cup to take the field.
