Ajax and Galatasaray ‘make contact’ over Napoli’s Lang | OneFootball

Ajax and Galatasaray have made contact over a deal for Noa Lang, who remains available for transfer at Napoli, Sky Sport reports.

The report adds sporting director Giovanni Manna was approached in the past 24 hours, building on Atalanta interest after a move last week.

Lang returned to Naples on 30 June following a loan at Galatasaray, but he is viewed as peripheral by Massimiliano Allegri and is being shopped.

A return to Türkiye would reunite him with Galatasaray after six months on loan last season, and would likely close the door on their pursuit of Milan’s Rafael Leao.

So far, Ajax, Galatasaray and Atalanta have not gone beyond proposing a loan, at most with an obligation to buy, short of Napoli’s preference for a sale.
